Influencer Carol and her friend Roberta are traveling through Southeast Asia together. During a diving trip on a charter yacht, the skipper turns out to be a dangerous psychopath. He leaves Carol behind in an underwater cave. Oxygen is scarce and sharks are lurking off the reef. Meanwhile, Roberta is held on the boat and brutally raped. A fierce fight for survival ensues for the young women.
