Tom Brandis (Mark Ruffalo) has to return to the field. A terrible stroke of fate, in which Tom also lost his wife, has thrown the FBI agent completely off course. He is still struggling with depression and alcohol. But now the single father is to lead a task force of inexperienced agents. A series of robberies in the suburbs of Philadelphia is baffling the FBI. The perpetrators systematically raid houses that are used as drug transshipment points. What Tom and his team don't suspect: Robbie Prendergast (Tom Pelphrey), seemingly a harmless dustman and caring single father, is behind it all. Then one of his robberies goes completely off the rails - with dramatic consequences...
