Destoroyah and Baby Godzilla might make an appearance in the sequel
Kaiju fans listen up: Kaitlyn Dever is officially joining Warner's "MonsterVerse". According to Empire, she is set to take on a role in the highly anticipated sequel to "Godzilla x Kong".
Dever is one of the most sought-after actresses of her generation and will be seen this year as Abby in the second season of "The Last of Us".
The next "Godzilla x Kong" movie will be directed by Grant Sputore, who previously directed the science fiction movie "I Am Mother" with Hilary Swank. He thus follows in the footsteps of Adam Wingard, who surprisingly revealed in May of last year that he would not be available for a third "MonsterVerse" movie.
