Moscow: A military convoy is ambushed and highly sensitive information falls into the hands of terrorist Owen Shaw and his team of ruthless elite drivers. FBI agent Hobbs (Dwayne Johnson) is hot on their trail, but realizes that he can only take down these criminals if he defeats them on the road.
