The 3D animated film PETS (3D) answers the whole truth about the exciting lives of our animal roommates. After all, who hasn't asked themselves the question: What do our pets actually do while we're at work or school all day?

The fifth joint feature film from Illumination Entertainment and Universal Pictures was produced by Chris Meledandri, founder and CEO of Illumination Entertainment, and his long-time partner Janet Healy. The film is directed by Chris Renaud (Despicable Me, Despicable Me 2). Yarrow Cheney is co-directing the film. The screenplay was written by Brian Lynch and Cinco Paul & Ken Daurio.
