Overview

In Bristol, policewoman DCI Jeanette Kilburn (Eve Myles) and her colleague DI Lou Stanley (Dougray Scott) are investigating. The bodies of unknown young men have turned up in the city. Jeanette and Lou seek help from the renowned psychotherapist Dr. Sophia Craven (Katherine Kelly). In the course of their joint investigation, the trio get to know a dark and dangerous world. It involves brutal fight clubs, dastardly murder and terrifying cases of abuse that go back decades. As the case unfolds and the team is drawn deeper and deeper into literally murderous abysses, a friendship develops between Jeanette and Sophia. At the same time, a race against time begins.
