It can currently be assumed that the adaptation of the content will be based on the cartoon. In "Avatar: The Last Airbender" we are presented with a fictional world divided into four nations and otherwise based on the historical culture of East Asia. In these nations live people who have the ability to control one of the four elements and can use them in battle.
The so-called Avatar has the ability to control all elements and thus maintain the balance between the different powers. However, the Avatar is believed to be missing, causing the Fire Nation to engage the other nations in war. One day, the siblings Katara and Sokka find the young Avatar Aang in a block of ice and free him. At first, he only knows the art of airbending, so the three must embark on a dangerous journey. Still quite naive, Aang must learn to master the remaining elements in order to stop the Fire Nation.
