Which Trailers Could We Expect in April 2025?
Mission: Impossible 8, 28 Years Later, Nobody 2 and more
CinemaCon 2025 is over and has had some news and announcements in store for film fans. An important part on the program of the big film event is traditionally the presentation of upcoming highlights - especially in the form of new trailers. However, the footage is usually presented on site first. Now that the event is over, we will be receiving quite a few trailers in the near future. The first footage has already found its way to us...
28 Years Later
Another trailer for the highly anticipated sequel "28 Years Later" was shown at the Sony panel. We expect the footage to reach us in April.
With "28 Years Later", a new part of the post-apocalyptic movie series is being released almost two decades after the last installment. Previously, "28 Days Later" with Cillian Murphy and "28 Weeks Later" were released. Danny Boyle returns as director and is once again working with screenwriter Alex Garland.
Important roles are played by "Killing Eve" star Jodie Comer, Aaron Taylor-Johnson and "Harry Potter" actor Ralph Fiennes. You can watch the first trailer again here. The release date of the film: June 20, 2025.

Nobody 2
A first trailer for "Nobody 2" was also presented at CinemaCon. This will probably be released in the course of April. The sequel to the action thriller "Nobody" brings us a reunion with Bob Odenkirk on August 15, 2025. So far, we have only seen some first preview images.
Mission: Impossible 8 - The Final Reckoning
Lead actor Tom Cruise and director Christopher McQuarrie presented a new trailer for "Mission: Impossible 8" at CinemaCon. This will probably soon be available to a wider audience as well. After all, the movie is due to be released on May 23, 2025.
This time, the new installment of the agent series will follow on directly from its predecessor, "Mission: Impossible 7 - Dead Reckoning". In addition to Cruise, Ving Rhames, Simon Pegg, Vanessa Kirby and Hayley Atwell will also be involved again. Here you can see the first trailer of the movie:

I Know What You Did Last Summer
At CinemaCon, Sony showed a first trailer for the horror sequel "I Know What You Did Last Summer". It featured two actors from the original movies, Freddie Prinze Jr. and Jennifer Love Hewitt. The trailer may well reach us this month. The theatrical release has been set for July 18, 2025.
Until Dawn
It can be assumed that a final trailer for "Until Dawn" will reach us in April, too. After all, the video game adaptation already awaits us in cinemas on April 25, 2025.
What About Jurassic World 4 and Avatar 3?
Of course, numerous other trailers were presented at CinemaCon. It is possible that we will get the new trailer for "Jurassic World 4: Rebirth" (theatrical release: July 2, 2025) in April. Wes Anderson's new film "The Phoenician Scheme" will also be released on June 6, 2025, so a trailer should not be long in coming here either.
We are also eagerly awaiting the first footage for "Avatar 3: Fire And Ash", which was presented at the Disney panel. However, it's still a while until the movie's release on December 19, 2025, which is why a first teaser might not be released in April. You can find all the information about the big blockbuster in our movie preview:
