Fans of creepy dolls and black phones should get their money's worth next year, as Blumhouse is presenting us with three sequels to its horror hits with "Megan 2.0", "Five Nights at Freddy's 2" and "The Black Phone 2". However, there will also be the one or other postponement.

The video game adaptation "Five Nights at Freddy's" was not only a huge success worldwide with box office takings of over 297 million dollars, but also became the highest-grossing film of all time for the horror company Blumhouse. So it's no wonder that they want to build on these impressive figures with "Five Nights at Freddy's 2". According to Variety, the sequel is set to be released in cinemas next year – on December 5. Blumhouse and Universal Pictures have also shared the film's tagline:

"Anyone can survive five nights. This time, there will be no second chances."

The deadly AI Megan, meanwhile, is set to cause terror again in "Megan 2.0" on June 27, 2025. And we can look forward to the return of Ethan Hawke as the mysterious Grabber in "The Black Phone 2" on October 17, 2025. The film was originally scheduled for June 27.
