New material for "The Mandalorian": First pictures show fan favorite Baby Yoda
A first trailer should also be released soon
On October 31st, the second season of the popular "Star Wars" series "The Mandalorian" will finally be released. In terms of content, season two ties in directly with the first, so you'll get to know how things will go on with Bounty Hunter and Mandalorian Din Djarin and Baby Yoda as well as with chaser Moff Gideon. Entertainment Weekly also provided us with new magazine covers via their Twitter account this week, especially the popular Baby Yoda motif. Showrunner Jon Favreau compared the second season with another very popular series, namely "Game Of Thrones". So "The Mandalorian" season is supposed to share two certain similarities, such as several independent storylines with "Game Of Thrones". So the focus is no longer so much on the Mandalorian, but on many different, partly newly introduced characters from the "Star Wars" universe. Rick Famuyiwa and his new colleagues Carl Weathers Robert Rodriguez will be directing the series, while Favreau will once again be pulling the strings as showrunner in the background. Fans are especially looking forward to the live-action debut of "The Clone Wars" character Ahsoka Tano, played by Rosario Dawson. Another highlight will be the return of Boba Fett. We can't wait for the release of season two and are looking forward to October 30, 2020. also a trailer will be expected in the near future.
