Five Nights At Freddy's: Release Date and First Image from the Movie Surfaced

Fans have been waiting for the "Five Nights at Freddy's" movie for years. The project for the popular game series has been under discussion for a long time, but now more and more info is coming to light. Now that the cast is mostly known, there's finally a theatrical release date and a very first image from the movie to look at.
Filming is well underway, so it was only a matter of time before we could expect a first impression regarding the look and feel of the "Five Nights at Freddy's" movie. The now published image provides a look at both the infamous pizzeria and Freddy Fazbear himself - albeit only from behind, as he stands next to a child. The atmospheric image certainly makes you want to see more.
The prominent cast includes "The Hunger Games" actor Josh Hutcherson as Mike Schmidt, "Scream" star Matthew Lillard, Kat Conner Sterling, Mary Stuart Masterson, as well as "You" star Elizabeth Lail. The story revolves around animatronic characters who put their creepy looks into practice.
In addition to the image, the release date has now finally been announced as well: The "Five Nights at Freddy's" film is set to open in theaters on October 27, 2023.
