"Jurassic World 3: Dominion": New Dinosaur to Become Like the Joker
After the Indoraptor and the Indominus Rex, here comes the Giganotosaurus
What would the "Jurassic Park" and "Jurassic World" movies ever be without their giant, scary dinosaurs? In the first "Jurassic World" it was the Indominus Rex that spread fear and terror, and in the sequel it was the somewhat smaller Indoraptor that caused some auction guests to have a wrecked evening. Needless to say, "Jurassic World: Dominion" will be no exception and will also introduce a new movie favorite on the side of the dinosaurs. The big change is that this time it won't be a hybrid creature, but a real dinosaur that actually existed. We are talking about the gigantic Giganotosaurus that can be seen in a new image from Empire magazine. Like the T-Rex, this dinosaur is a giant carnivore with an estimated length of up to 43 feet. It is also believed to be even more frightening in appearance than the T-Rex, as the Giganotosaurus is said to be quite a bit larger. Director Colin Trevorrow compares the animal newcomer with the Joker that wants to see the world burn. At the very least, that sounds like some action-packed encounters between the protagonists and the new dinosaur, especially since many fans are looking forward to seeing a real-life dinosaur and not an imaginary creation from Universal take center stage again after the two prequels.
There was also information about the running time of the upcoming blockbuster. At 2 hours and 26 minutes, the new film is by far the longest installment in the franchise, which should do justice to the conclusion of the trilogy. "Jurassic World: Dominion" is expected to hit theaters on June 10, 2022.
