Overview

The Trade Federation disrupts peace in the Galactic Republic by blockading Naboo, prompting Jedi Master Qui-Gon Jinn and his apprentice, Obi-Wan Kenobi, to intervene. They escape an assassination attempt and seek refuge on Naboo, where they rescue Queen Padmé Amidala. The group, attempts to escape Naboo but faces challenges.

Their journey takes them to Tatooine, where they encounter Anakin, a slave with remarkable skills. Qui-Gon believes Anakin is the "Chosen One" destined to restore balance to the Force. Anakin wins a podrace, securing his freedom. The group faces an attack by Darth Maul, a Sith apprentice, before heading to Coruscant to address the Sith threat.

The Jedi Council is reluctant to train Anakin, but Qui-Gon is determined. Meanwhile, Padmé attempts to navigate political corruption but decides to return to Naboo. There, alliances are formed with the Gungans against the Trade Federation. A battle breaks out whose ending will change the fate of the Galaxy forever
