Dragons are actually real. They are heteromorphic creatures that are responsible for numerous deaths in London. Yet most citizens don't know what dragons look like or that they even exist, because only those who live in Reverse London have the ability to see them. There was once an organization called Wing Bind, which was responsible for the protection and management of dragons. And there were two legendary witches who were members of Wing Bind.
